Tugboat Farm Cove is a 35-ton bollard pull Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) tugboat, offering robust performance for harbor assistance, barge handling, and coastal towing. Powered by Lister Blackstone engines delivering 2,000 HP, she operates with a maximum speed of 9 knots and a fuel capacity of 29,000 liters, consuming around 200L per hour. Her reliable, maneuverable design makes her ideal for tight berthing operations and in-harbor maneuvering.

Primarily stationed in Port Vila, Farm Cove is one of Ocean Logistics’ frontline harbor assist tugs, regularly assisting large commercial vessels with berthing, unberthing, and tow positioning. She is also frequently tasked with handling dumb barges during marine construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and accurate placement alongside wharves, jetties, and anchorages.

Registered under the Vanuatu flag, Farm Cove continues to prove her reliability and versatility—supporting day-to-day operations in one of the busiest ports in Vanuatu while remaining on standby for coastal support or emergency response tasks.
